I’m an engineer, Get me out of here – This March

From the 9th to the 20th March, ‘I’m an engineer, get me out of here’ will host a free online competition where school students meet and interact with engineers. It’s an X Factor-style competition between engineers, where the students are the judges.

Students challenge the engineers over fast-paced online text-based liveCHATs. They ASK the engineers anything they want, and VOTE for their favourite engineer to win a prize of £500 to communicate their work with the public. There will be 6 themed zones covering Apprentice, Communications, Detection, Health, Safety and Transport.  You can find the full list of zones here http://imanengineer.org.uk/2014/12/march-2015-zones

Application form: http://imanengineer.org.uk/engineer-apply

The deadline is 25th of January 2015
