British Science Week – Grants for working with Schools and Community groups

The British Science Association is offering two grant schemes to support any BSW activities that you or your organisation(s) want to run.

Applications are now open and will close on 21 November 2016 at 5pm.

Kick Start Grants

This scheme offers grants for schools in challenging circumstances to organise their own events as part of British Science Week. There are two options available:

Kick Start More grant: A grant of up to £700 for your school to host a science event or activity which involves your students and the local community

How to apply

Applying for a grant is simple. You will need to register your event or activity and complete all sections of the form, then you’ll be offered the option of applying for a grant. Don’t worry if you don’t yet have all the details for the event or activity you are requesting funding towards – just register with as much information as you have.
