The Spring Biology Lecture Series was a series of lectures open to all with an interest in Biology. They were particularly suited to A-Level students. They were free to attend although booking was required.

Three lectures were delivered:

      • ‘What can Waterfleas tell us about Evolution?’ – Prof. John Colbourne, School of Biosciences
      • ‘Living with Climate Change’ – Prof. Jeff Bale, School of Biosciences (and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education))
      • ‘Preventing heart attacks by stopping the humble platelet’ – School of Biosciences

All lectures were held on campus in Lecture Theater 101 of Venue Haworth Building.
